Goals Newsletter Checkin
Hey there
I just wanted to check in after our last newsletter on goals and to confirm you actually got the Newsletter. I’ve gotten some feedback a few haven’t gotten the 1st one and I think that might be due to subscribing after I sent the 1st issue. If you haven’t seen it yet, you can check it out here.
Now that you for sure have it, I’d love to hear how it’s going for you—whether you tried the generative AI prompt, mentally walked through the activity instead of running it through ChatGPT, made any small changes, or just took a moment to reflect on a key goal(s).

Takeaway: Don’t beat yourself up when you have setbacks or get derailed. Be aware, and keep taking action! Every effort—whether it leads to success or failure—is building up your intuition and confidence, even if you don’t see it right away.
It’s not about perfection—it’s about closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Always be closing (that gap).

P.S. Just a quick reminder: new issues of this newsletter are released on the 3rd Friday of every month. To kick things off, I may also drop an extra issue occasionally on the 1st Friday of the month. For April, I’m planning to do just that. I won’t always double up, but I think a topic that transitions well from goals is intention and action. It also ties into a few themes I picked up on from surveys a few of y’all filed out at signup, thank you for filling those!
